Introduction to the Foundry Department of Yifan Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (Cast Iron Workshop)

We have established 3 fully automatic casting production lines and multiple touch-point molding machines, as well asPneumatic Molding Equipment. We are gradually moving towards the path of Industry 4.0. Our products include cast iron parts and components, industrial automatic control systems, equipment manufacturing, mechanical product development, machining of parts and components, automotive parts and accessories manufacturing; metal surface treatment and heat treatment processing.

(1) Fully automatic horizontal molding line: mainly producing small and medium-sized auto parts and textile machinery parts. The materials involved include HT200, HT250, HT300, QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-3, QT700-2 series. All mechanical properties meet or exceed national standards.

(2) Fully automatic vertical molding line: mainly producing small and medium-sized gray cast iron parts.

(3) Fully automatic sand blasting production line: a common equipment that can be used by Furan Resin sand and phenolic resin sand. It mainly produces medium and large castings products, including HT250, QT450-18, QT500-7, etc.

(4) Multi-touch molding machine line: mainly producing small and medium-sized gray iron parts and castings, as well as cast iron and quenched and tempered parts, etc. Materials involved include HT200, HT250, QT400-18, QT500-7, etc.

(5) Pneumatic molding equipment: mainly producing small and medium-sized gray cast iron products, as well as research and development test products. Materials involved include HT200, HT250, QT400-18, QT600-10, QT700-10, etc.

Our heat treatment equipment includes special heat treatment equipment that can be used for quenching, heat treatment, heat treatment, and other processes on small, medium, and large series of gray cast iron and nodular iron products.
