Established a new low pressure die casting production line: Producing aluminum mechanical parts, components, various aluminum material machinery products, aluminum car parts and accessories manufacturing; metal surface treatment and T6 heat treatment.

1.Low pressure die casting line: Producing various alloy castings made from aluminum materials. These include the following six series: (1) Al-Cu casting alloy. (2) Al-Cu-Si casting alloy. (3) Al-Si casting alloy. (4) Al-Mg casting alloy. (5) Al-Zn-Mg casting alloy. (6) Al-Sn casting alloy.

2.Thermal treatment of low pressure aluminum castings: A T6 thermal treatment furnace is available for heat treatment of various aluminum alloy materials (solidification-aging). The alloy series include ZL101, ZL104, ZL105, ZL108, ZL111, ZL116, ZL201, ZL301, ZL305, and ZL401.

3.Mechanical properties and microstructure of cast aluminum alloys: Including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, and microstructure of aluminum alloy materials have reached and exceeded national standards.
